Council voted to return an application to amend the city's official community plan designation and zoning for 70 to 84 Electronic Avenue back to staff for further review and changes.
Councillors raised concerns over the location of the development's parkade access off of Golden Spike Way (described as a laneway), the possible increase of traffic to the area and the financial contribution towards affordable housing by the developer.
