Council adopted an amended animal control bylaw at its meeting Tuesday. Mayor Joe Trasolini and Coun. Diana Dilworth were absent from the meeting.
The amendments update the city's definitions and regulations for aggressive, vicious and dangerous dogs and include regulations on noise disturbances from animals.
