3.3 Stitching Port Moody's History
Delegation Presentation
Delegation request dated September 23, 2011

Ann Kitching appeared as a delegation on behalf of Stitching Port Moody's History to inform Council of the group's progress on a commemorative wall hanging.

The delegation requested that Council provide direction on where the finished piece might be displayed once completed. Council directed staff to investigate and bring back options for possible locations for Council's consideration.

Mayor Trasolini declared a conflict of interest on item 4.8 as the applicant Radio Station CKPM-FM Radio Ltd. is a tenant in a building which he owns.  Mayor Trasolini left the meeting at 7:41 p.m. and Councillor Nuttall assumed the Chair as Acting Mayor.
