4.1 Electrical Services for Civic Centre Traffic Circle Public Art Project

Recommendation:
THAT staff proceed with the installation of an electrical service to the Civic Centre traffic circle;
AND THAT a capital project for providing electrical service to the Civic Centre traffic circle, in the amount of $10,000, funded from the Artwork Reserve, be approved for addition to the 2013 Operating and Capital plan.
