3.1 Adoption of Minutes

THAT the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting of Tuesday, May 7, 2013, reconvened on May 14, 2013 be adopted.
Moved, seconded and CARRIED
THAT the minutes be corrected in item 4.3 – (top of page 4) by inserting "ESA’s and SPEA’s" after the words ‘public property’ and by deleting the words "in riparian zones"; such that the clause of the correction reads:
"AND THAT the bylaw impose a higher fine for tree removal from public property, ESA’s and SPEA’s than on private property".
Moved, seconded and CARRIED
THAT the minutes be further corrected in item 4.3 (on page 4) by deleting "including" and inserting "based on", such that the corrected motion reads:
"THAT staff establish a process for indentifying significant trees within the City of Port Moody, based on size and species."
The question on the motion as amended was put and CARRIED
