THAT the minutes of the Land Use Committee meeting held Tuesday, November 5, 2013 be adopted.
4.1 San Remo Drive Land Use Contract Amendment

The Manager of Planning read out the guidelines for speaking at the meeting and provided an overview of the application.

Wilhelmina Martin, Port Moody, requested that any property not covered by the amended Land Use Contract at the end of this process should be flagged as a warning for potential buyers so that they are aware of the nature of the restrictions on those properties.

Ivy McKee, Port Moody, noted that she was misled about the restrictions on renovations on her home, and as a result has been living under tarps for the last five years. Ms. McKee supported Ms. Martin’s request to flag properties that choose to remain outside of the amended Land Use Contract.

Moved, seconded and CARRIED
THAT the proposed land use contract amendment bylaw to permit the remaining 15 San Remo Drive property owners to be subject to the same terms as Land Use Contract Amendment Bylaw No. 2708 be supported.
