Mr. Tim Savoie, General Manager of Development Services provided Council with a brief description of the zoning bylaw amendment which proposes to amend the definition of "temporary shelter" to allow for a temporary overnight shelter to operate for up to 62 days, between the months of October and March at the St. Andrews United Church located at 2318 St. Johns Street.

City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw 1988, No. 1890, Amendment Bylaw No. 219, 2013, No. 2970, being a bylaw to clarify Lot Width calculation and to remove the definition of Lot Depth.
Mr. Tim Savoie, General Manager of Development Services provided Council with a brief description of the zoning bylaw amendment which proposes to revise the definition of Lot Width and to remove reference to Lot Depth in the Zoning Bylaw. He noted that the technical subdivision of lots in Port Moody is determined by meeting a minimum Lot Width and Lot Area for each zoning category. The proposed changes are intended to provide clarity.
