THAT a cash machine be installed in the new rec centre and revenue dispersal is investigated;

Ron Curties -  about the OCP public workshop and questioning Counc. Clay reasoning for voting against the Boatlaunch parking task force appointments.
 
I explained to Mr Curties that I was not opposed to the formation of the task force, and I had in fact voted in favour of this at the previous council meeting - I was voting tonight against the appointments as there were several other applications received from Port Moody residents with more relevance, I felt, than the ones that were accepted, particularly the individual from Port Coquitlam - I have no problem with the participation of someone from outside of Port Moody, but not at the 'expense' of Port Moody residents on a task force involving a local Port Moody issue.
