Staff provided an overview of 2017 capital and operating projects requiring pre-approval and responded to questions from Council regarding fleet composition.

Staff responded to questions from Council regarding growth allocation and how the loss of the Burrard Thermal generating capacity grant will be presented in the draft budget.
