THAT the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 be adopted.

Staff gave a presentation on the 2018 Financial Plan Guidelines for Staff, including information regarding budget targets and timeline, labour training and overhead, general guidelines, and the Asset Reserve Capital Envelope. Staff responded to questions from the Committee regarding budget target calculations, breakdown of training budget targets, community engagement, factoring growth into the budget, and service levels.
