THAT the 2019 scheduled replacement of OP030 (2008 Ford Escape Hybrid) for $45,500 from the Equipment Replacement Reserve Fund be accelerated to 2017 as recommended in the report dated July 12, 2017 from Engineering and Operations Department Operations Division regarding Equipment Replacement Acceleration;
AND THAT the 2018 scheduled replacement of OP99K (2008 Ver-Mac Sign Trailer) for $25,545 from the Equipment Replacement Reserve Fund be accelerated to 2017;
AND THAT the 2019 scheduled replacement of OP014A (2005 Everest Plow) be increased from $15,000 to $30,000 from the Equipment Replacement Reserve Fund and be accelerated to 2017;
