THAT the minutes of the Finance Committee meeting held on Tuesday, October 3, 2017 be adopted.

4.1 2017 Financial Plan Recast Results

Staff provided an overview of the recast results, including information regarding the rationale and departmental surplus and deficit totals, and responded to questions from the Committee regarding overtime, carry forward amounts, and reserve transfers.

THAT the 2018-2022 Utilities Financial Plan as outlined in the report dated October 6, 2017 from Finance and Technology Department – Financial Services Division regarding 2018-2022 Utilities Financial Plan Draft be approved with revised Metro Vancouver charges incorporated once available;
AND THAT the 2018 Sewer, Drainage, and Solid Waste Utility rates be included in the 2018 Fees Bylaw with revised Metro Vancouver charges incorporated once available.
