THAT the name of the Economic, Tourism and Arts Development Committee be changed to the Economic Development Committee with a change to the terms of reference to concentrate efforts on economic development

THAT the Heritage Commission be retained;
AND THAT staff be directed to dialogue with the arts and culture community as to how the city can best meet their needs. Moved, seconded and CARRIED
THAT the Burrard Thermal Liaison Committee be disbanded.

THAT the meeting frequency of the CPR Community Advisory Panel be changed from four times a year to twice a year or at the call of the Chair.

THAT the name of the Traffic Safety Committee be changed to the Transportation Committee.

THAT the terms of reference of all committees be changed from monthly meetings to seven meetings per
year or at the call of the chair.

THAT the foregoing motion be amended by replacing the words, “seven meetings” with the words, “at minimum, bi-monthly meetings”.

THAT a group committee orientation be held each January.

THAT committee calendar management be assigned to the City Clerk in order to:
- Assign all committee meeting schedules
- Schedule day of the week and location for all regular meetings
- Coordinate rescheduling of all regular meetings
- Coordinate all sub-committee meetings
