Amend Land Use Contract No. 4, 1978, Bylaw No. 1409 to increase the maximum permitted gross floor area for hotel use from 120,000 sq ft. to 138,000 sq. ft. and advised that a provision would be built into the Land Use Contract to permit kitchenettes to be included in some or all of the hotel rooms. The bylaw amendment would also reduce the required number of parking stalls by eight stalls.
