Amendment to the Official Community Plan to remove the Units Per Acre density restrictions on these two parcels of lands (formerly referred to as the Brickyards properties).  St Johns Street properties are owned by the city (but listed for sale at Oct 27,2009) and the Clarke Street Properties owned by the Holborne Group (and also listed for sale at Oct 27,2009).

 

Applicant for both properties is the City.
