Did you know that the series is co-ordinated and run by George Balzer without any direct financial support from the city, but relies on the c...orporate sponsorship like PCT and TD Bank, Tricity News, Rocky Point Kayak, Pajos, Mr Mikes, Port Moody Signs and TriCity Printing ?

Unfortunately George lost about $ 5000 in sponsorship this year, a little late to replace for this summer, and as this is a 'break even' proposition for him, that means he will have to make up this difference himself .... so I suggested that he put up a donation page on the internet to help raise support.

As I know my friends are all kind and generous community oriented people, and as I appreciate so much this series - I will throw down a challenge to you all:
