2.1 Pacific Coast Terminals

Ken Catton, Vice President & General Manager, Wade Leslie, Terminal Manager, Kent Smith, Manager, Engineering and Maintenance, Pacific Coast Terminals, and Elisha McCallum from Edelman Canada (communications consultant), discussed ongoing activities at the Pacific Coast Terminals location in the City of Port Moody.
They provided an update on current activities and plans for the future. Mr. Catton advised that PCT is planning to add the storage and distribution of potash and food-grade canola oil to their operations and described how the processing of these commodities is similar to current processing.
He advised of plans to expand the size of the property and showed photos of the proposed expansion.
He advised that community engagement is still a top priority and discussed their plans for keeping their neighbours informed.
A Community Update (July 2012) and Community Engagement Overview and Timeline Business Deve'lopment - Potash and Canola Oil July to December were distributed.
