Parklane Homes Upland and Urban Reserve Areas
Application to develop 10 acres at the NorthEast corner of the Parklane development for 28 single family homes, and to further dedicate lands to the west as park land.
The application was turned down.
Parklane then amended the application and resubmitted with changes in the fall of 2011
The application was approved.
