THAT the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting of Wednesday, March 19, 2014 be adopted.

The General Manager of Financial Services continued his presentation on the 2014-2018 Financial Plan from the previous meeting, and noted that five additional years of projections have been added to the asset reserve.

Councillor Dilworth requested that a decrease in taxes be identified as an option for the maturing Recreation Centre debt.

THAT item #147 - Murray Street Bike Path Extension project be added to 2015 in the Asset Reserve;
AND THAT item #33 - Kyle Centre roof replacement be moved to 2019 in the Asset Reserve.

THAT the three police vehicles to be retired in 2014 be put up for sale privately through the City for an upset price;
AND THAT in the event that there are no acceptable bids that do not reach the upset price, the vehicles be sent to auction.

THAT $40,000 be removed from Item #11 - New Community Events (Parade, Picnic and Fireworks) Future Years for each year from 2014-2018 in the Council Strategic Reserve.
