THAT the guidelines for the October 27, 2014 Town Hall Meeting be approved as presented at the Special Meeting of Council held on October 21, 2014.
Moved, seconded and CARRIED
THAT the foregoing motion be amended by adding the following:
AND THAT Council be given a one minute time limit to share their closing remarks at the end of the meeting.
The question on the main motion was put and CARRIED.
