5.1 Terms of Reference
Discussion on LUC terms of reference and the scope of discussions by the committee pertaining to development applications.
Moved by Councillor M. Lahti, seconded and CARRIED
THAT the Land Use Committee recommends that the Terms of Reference be referred to Council for further clarification.
5.2 OCP and Zoning Bylaw amendment - 3215/3221 St Johns
Onni development application for the Old Barnet Toyota Site.
Discussion on the impact on traffic, the height of the building, access to the parking areas, size of the building. There was general agreement that this proposal should move forward to public hearing to get further public feedback on the proposal.
