Discussion and correspondence received regarding the height, scope, traffic impact, visibility impacts, deivery vehicle access and impacts on Moray Street, congestion at the intersection, impact of LRT on this intersection.
Moved by Councillor B. Elliott, seconded and CARRIED
THAT the Land Use Committee recommends that staff be directed to continue discussions and negotiations with Onni Developments Ltd. and report back to the Committee.
