The General Manager of Financial Services presented the 2015 Project Pre-Approval Requests. Staff answered questions from Council on the air handling system in the works yard garage, the replacement of the
artificial turf field, and the accuracy of cost estimate for capital projects. Council requested further information on the health risks of artificial turf, and asked that project funding and reserve levels be addressed in future meetings.
