Moved, seconded, and CARRIED THAT Dorothy Shermer be designated Chief Election Officer and Tracey Takahashi be designated Deputy Chief Election Officer for the 2017 Local Government By-Election as recommended in the report dated June 28, 2017 from Corporate Services Department - Legislative Services Division regarding 2017 By-Election; AND THAT the polling stations, voting opportunities, and election services as recommended in Option 1 of the report dated June 28, 2017 from Corporate Services Department - Legislative Services Division regarding 2017 By-Election be endorsed; AND THAT a budget of $49,500 for the 2017 Local Government By-Election be transferred to 5406-141 from Accumulated Surplus.
