THAT, pursuant to section 90 of the Community Charter, this portion of the Regular Meeting of the Finance Committee be closed to the public as the subject matter being considered relates to the following:
90(1)(l) ¡V discussions with municipal officers and employees respecting municipal objectives, measures, and progress reports for the purposes of preparing an annual report under section 98 [annual municipal report].

6.1 Murray Street Bike Path ¡V Fibre Optic and Communications Conduit

THAT up to $78,400 be allocated from the 215A General Amenities Agreement (Town Centre Levies Reserve ¡V General) to fund preliminary fibre optic works along Murray Street in conjunction with the Murray Street Bike Path Extension project.

 
6.2 Funding Source for 2017 Military Service Recognition Book Advertising Sponsorship

THAT the $565 cost to place a full-colour quarter-page advertisement in the 2017 Military Service Recognition Book be funded from Council Contingency.
