Report: Finance and Technology Department – Financial Services Division, dated October 30, 2017 File: 05-1700-03-8/2018 Staff gave a presentation on the 2018 Capital and Operating Project Pre-Approval process and answered questions regarding the rationale for early approvals and project priorities.
Action: Staff to report back on potential cost savings from using the video streaming function on electronic agenda and meeting management software.
Action: Staff to report back with more information on the operating cost of the GIS Replacement project.
