4.4 2018 Allocation of Community Grant Funding Report: Finance and Technology Department, dated March 23, 2018 File: 05-1850-001
FC18/036 Moved, seconded, and CARRIED THAT $17,100 in 2018 Community Grant funding be awarded to: 1. POCOMO Meals on Wheels Society – $1,100; 2. Burrard Inlet Marine Enhancement Society – $5,000; 3. Volunteer Cancer Drivers Society – $1,000; and 4. SHARE Family and Community Services – $10,000
per the results of the 2018 Citizen Advisory Group vote and as outlined in the report dated March 19, 2018 from Finance and Technology Department regarding 2018 Allocation of Community Grant Funding. (Voting against: Councillor Dilworth and Mayor Clay)
I continue to vote against this as I am opposed to the grant program,not anything to do with these groups.
