Moved, seconded, and CARRIED THAT the funding of up to $3,100 approved for the Factual Information Communication Campaign be funded from Council Contingency. (Voting against: Councillors Madsen and Vagramov) 4.2 2018 Draft Financial Plan – Capital Budget
Report: Finance and Technology Department – Financial Services Division, dated January 22, 2018 File: 05-1700-03-2018-08 Staff gave a presentation on the Capital Budget in the 2018 draft Financial Plan, providing an overview of capital budget funding sources and departmental capital budget proposals. Staff noted that feedback from the Budget Town Hall meeting held on January 30, 2018 will be presented at the next Finance Committee meeting.
