6.1 Draft Zoning Bylaw Consultation Results

Recommendations:
THAT staff be directed to update draft City of Port Moody Zoning Bylaw, 2018, No. 2937 as recommended in the report dated June 8, 2018 from the Planning and Development Department Policy Planning Division regarding Draft Zoning Bylaw Consultation Results;
AND THAT draft Bylaw No. 2937 be brought back to Council for consideration of first and second readings and referral to a Public Hearing.

Recommendations:
THAT the proposed design guidelines for Detached Accessory Dwelling Units be endorsed as recommended in the report dated June 11, 2018 from the Planning and Development Department Policy Planning Division regarding Proposed Design Guidelines for Detached Accessory Dwelling Units (Laneway Housing);
AND THAT staff be directed to prepare an Official Community Plan amendment bylaw to include design guidelines for Detached Accessory Dwelling Units;
AND THAT staff be directed to prepare a Corporate Policy related to tenancy and non-stratification requirements for lots with detached accessory dwelling units.

6.3 RS1-S Small Lot Zone Implementation Update

Recommendation:
THAT staff be directed to prepare necessary bylaw and policy options to ensure that the site planning and servicing of new small RS1-S lot subdivisions address the challenges identified in the report dated June 4, 2018 from the Planning and Development Department Development Planning Division regarding RS1-S Small Lot Zone Implementation Update.
