THAT staff be requested to investigate the feasibility of opening Westhill Pool May 1, 2008 for use by the Port Moody Aquarians Swim Club and report back with options outlining how the City can assist the Swim Club have the same length of season as clubs in other municipalities.

THAT the proposal presented by the Glenayre Community Association to alter the fees for use of the Glenayre Community Centre not be accepted.

THAT staff work with the Glenayre Community Association (GCA) to consider providing scheduled time at the Glenayre Community Centre for clubs and programs under the auspices of the GCA and that are identified in the GCA insurance policy.

THAT court fees for the Port Moody Tennis Club be deferred for 2008 and notice be provided to the Club that fees will be charged in future years.

THAT the 2008-2009 Fees & Charges be approved as amended.

THAT the 2007 Annual Report be received and the Parks & Recreation Commission be asked to review this report and bring forward its annual work plan by the end of February 2008.
