Route Length: 11KM
Travel Time: 21-22 minutes
Estimated Cost: $ 800 million (73 Million per km)
Tunnel Cost (estimate): $ 80 million
Funding: $ 170 million provincial government, $ 400 million Translink borrowing - remainder, unfunded.
