Council outlines the list of 32 conditions for acceptance of the skytrain line.

Key points on that list:

-include a statoin within one block of queens street and one new moray

-construction of the murray clarke start in 2008 and be completed before alrt construction starts

-Tunnel portal is EAST of Barnet highway - tunnel goes UNDER the highway

-cost of integrating wth murray clarke to be part of the Evergreen project, not the mcc project

-guideway to remain at or below grade through port moody

-station is required near inlet centre to serve klahanie, suter brook and newport village

-pedestrian overpass of cpr right of way should be provided at each station
